#36 Radar Shot Rendering 'Enhancements'

This patch draws a line between a GM and its target. Makes
it easy to see incommings and outgoings. Looks cool too.

Could give it another colour (darker) or play with the stipple.

The diff is against the current head. Compiled and tested on
OSX.

    The second file additionally moves the 'dot' from the front of the
    shot on the radar to the back, where the bullet/missile actually is.
    (the old lines are commented out
    ATM) So there is now a leading line giving the direction of the
    bullet/missile.

    IMO I think this is more intuitive than having it at the front or
    having a trail (as a previous patch attempts).

    I was bored.
