Quick patch to change altimeter range to read height to
1000 rather than 100.

Tested in all releases, but not current cvs source since
executable crashes on me when joining a game. It does
compile fine, so no typing or syntax errors, and I
assume I didn't forget anything when transposing the
changes to current source. Changes are minor and
obvious if I did.

Sigh... I got a wonderful blank page and the file didn't attach.
    here's trying again.

This patch is not made from the bzflag root dir, it wont' apply
on anything. and it's got atic paths in it. This dosn't seem like
    a proper patch.

looks like a proper patch to me

the altimeter isn't really used by anyone, and as such is UI
fluff. It would be nice to have it go to 1000, but can you
find a method of doing this that doesn't expand the memory
requirements of the altimeter by 1000%? As-is, this patch
just isn't gonna make it, due to the overhead it introduces.

I'd suggest looking into splitting it into multiple labels &
combining them to get the full number, rather than having a
    unique label for each number.
