#518 Genocide shot limit bug fix

A bug in which on the last shot of a shot limit the genocide flag did not pass on the properties of itself after the geno flag was dropped. I noticed that when the geno flag was dropped using 'space' the flag did pass on its properties, so I switched the functions to the function used in the purposeful drop flag area. In bzfsClientMessages.cxx:606 I changed:

dropPlayerFlag(*player, player->currentPos);

to:

dropFlag(fInfo, player->currentPos);
