net protocol now involved a client reconnect to a
server chosen random port number. This is firewall
non-friendly and should be nuked.
The reconnect should not be required at all.
Old clients will still reconnect, this should be
playerid needs to change as the server port number is
now the distinguishing factor and this will be the same
after the fix.
This is in progress and playerids are getting remapped
before messages are sent to old clients. Still buggy,
