#594 Glass crack doesn't (un)fullscreen

Similar to #3537390, the cracked screen on death keeps its pixel size when pressing F1 instead of using the percentage of screen size. This creates a crack that either goes past the edge of the window (when coming from fullscreen), or a very small crack in the center (when coming from windowed).

    In r22641, it now resizes, but does so by generating a different crack each time.
    "a different crack is better than a tiny/large crack for very small values of better"
