#80 Translations: Find a way to add gender specific commentaries

As we will have female leagues in the future, we should look for a way to have gender specific comentaries in both the news, live_game commentary and in the screen texts. The latter could be done through the use of context tags, in the 2 former we should probably work with a gender attribute in the xml tag.
Furthermore we should define a gender tag in the competition files, but we should also have a gender tag for the team manager as we refer to the player as "he" in several places
