When I changed jobs, I started having trouble with the games crashing. At first it was only when I hit the escape key. Now it refuses to open. Bug is reproducable. Take the game save, Go to job exchange, select the last one and change jobs. Go to the something like trades then hit the escape key to go back. Program should crash and close. Eventually, it won't even open.

BTW, changing jobs has often resulted in corrupted files of some sort through the years.
