Where'd you read this?

BWM Tools was/is designed and created entirely under IDMS Linux
(www.idms-linux.org). Tests & bugfixing is carried out under VMWare
instances of other distributions such as Fedora, Debian & Ubuntu.
However other contributors may of used different tools and environments.
