Please Help.....

In  Red Hat 9

when i do 
#bwm_firewall -l

I get the following output

BWM Firewall v0.2.2 - Copyright (c) 2003-2005 Linux
Based Systems Design
 
Loading configuration from
"/etc/bwm_tools/firewall.xml"...
ERROR: Failed to stat configuration path
"/etc/bwm_tools/firewall.xml": No such file or
directory
