[bwm-tools-tech] Quick Start Guide (Nigel Kukard)

Hi Nigel.

You asked if anyone was willing to write a quickstart guide.  Have you had a
reply on that yet, or are you still looking?  I'm examining BWM tools at the
moment, and can convert my notes into a quickstart / manual.  As English is
my first language, I can possibly help in making the manual slightly more
user friendly.

It seems at this time to be a good toolset, and if it performs under the
testing I have in mind for it, would recommend it for general Linux distro.
There are not too many apps in this arena under this licence.  Good docs are
key to success.
