[bwm-tools-tech] Quick Start Guide

Is there such a document out there?

The doc's on the web site are great but a start to finish guide would
be even better. I guess what I want is just something that has traffic
shapping only and how to get it going step by step.

I am confused as to how to even get started. I installed it but I have
no idea on how to configure it.
