i have setup 
*GNU libtool         in the package of mandrake
* librrd                         in the package of mandrake
* rrdtool 1.0.40                in the package of mandrake
*Glib 2.2.*             in the package of mandrake

and execute "ldconfig"

and re-execute "./configure" of Bwm Tool .... and magic...

it's OK
