[bwm-tools-tech] make : error....!

I m trying to install bwm but its giving erros...!!!

I m using redhat 9.0

[root@SERVER bwm_graph]# make
cc -o bwm_graph bwm_graph.o graph.o ../lib/libbwm.a
-pthread -lgthread-2.0 -lglib-2.0   -lrrd
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lrrd
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [bwm_graph] Error 1

I installed rrdtool-1.0.45 also for debug this error
but no result.

my /etc/ld.so.conf file is :

/usr/local/rrdtool-1.0.45/lib
/usr/kerberos/lib
/usr/X11R6/lib
/usr/lib/sane
/usr/lib/qt-3.1/lib
/usr/lib/mysql
/usr/lib/qt2/lib
/usr/lib
=============================================



Can I get solution...!!! whats wrong !!! Plz help
