[bwm-tools-tech] ./configure dependency

Hello,

While trying to compile, I ran ./configure and it didn't give any errors
or warnings, but when I compiled, it complained that it couldn't find
rrd.h .  After installing librrd0-dev, no errors, so I suggest that
librrd0 be checked for by ./configure.
