#29 Command Line: --out-core output cutoff and inconsistent

When using the command line version of BWFMetaEdit, the --out-core output seems to have some issues.

The first issue I noticed is that the list of fields is cutoff. It seems to cut off at ISRF, leaving only "IS", and completely cutting off ITCH. Because the field is cut off, the "FileName" field is prepended with "IS", which could possibly cause some problems.

The second issue is that sometimes the INFO chunk fields are listed, and other times they are not. In the attached image, the first time I ran the command the INFO chunk fields were listed, and the next time I ran it they were not. I ran these two tests about a minute apart, so there should be no difference.
