#11 New and updated bwbasic package for Linux Debian Amd64

Hi there,

Here a debian package for bwbasic-3.20f. I used the official debian package (2.20pl2-13) as a base, just updating things:

• i have used executables created by KenUnix in support request 8. Both bwbasic and renum2 (renamed to just "renum").
• files DEBIAN/md5sums and DEBIAN/control updated
• updated manpages with the new bwbasic.doc content from 3.20
• updated README.gz with bwbasic 3.20's readme
• added DOCS folder for specific basic dialects
• examples *.bas unchanged
• everything else unchanged

That's all!
