#47 Usability Improvements

- a new context menu that says CREATE NEW file (local/remote) would be useful
- Having an option to optionally UPLOAD local files would be useful
- files that are LOCAL and present on the server/remote side, should be shown differently (symbol/background)
- SAVING would be more intuitive if there was SAVE LOCAL and SAVE REMOTE
- REMOVE file from WORKSPACE (it's not DELETING, right?)

Finally:
Creating a makefile via menu will only create the file and not yet populate it, that should possibly be made known

Also, it is now possible to change remote paths used in the settings, HOWEVER after doing so, the active connection will no longer refer to the right location anymore and the currently open files cannot be saved anymore
