#2 Insert mode backspace does not scroll down

If in insert mode and the new text causes the page to scroll up, pressing backspace until the cursor is on the previous line does not cause the page to scroll up. This may be OK, unless the cursor reaches the top of the page (in case the insert is greater than the page size) in which case the page will NEED to scroll down.
