#4 ^Y does suspend

bvi 1.3.2 compiled from MacPorts on MacOX 10.4.11
Using ^Y will suspend bvi rather than scroll up.
^E ^D ^U all work correctly.

The Control-y key sequence suspends bvi and send it to the background.
To avoid this behaviour use:
stty dsusp undef
