#114 gtk-doc fails for bt-core

I have enabled gt-doc and get now following error:

log for configure
This is a problem with shave (minimal make output) and older libtool. I have removed shave from buzztard as automake 1.11 has this feature built-in now. I will remove shave from the other modules in the next days too. Please retest.
