#1 Not calling Tick() with default params on new machines

This is perhaps a bug on the machine itself (i noticed it using one of mine)

Buzz will call Tick() passing in a gval (and maybe a bunch of tvals) containing the default param info on initialisation. BuzzLE doesn't appear to do this.
