#31 Too many unwanted menu options

Because we are using the Resource view we are getting a
great many unwanted menu optons. The following post
indicates how to go about removing them:

You have two options:

1. use activities to filter out un-wanted perspectives
(see the online help), you can filter out the
navigator, and other resources related
contributions as well.

2. write your own perspective switcher, there is api to
do so, but you
won't be able to implement close perspective (there's
an existing bug
report about this)

I prefer solution 1.
