New user here. Trying to burn a few files from iMovie to a Superdrive. Was able to convert the 2 quicktime files to .mpg files, but when once trying to burn, I get a "Authoring failed" error. The error message is below. Any help would be most appreciated, as I'd rather not have to pay for iDVD. Thanks in advance…
    KWConsole:
    Task: dvdauthor

Hi michael, i think i found the solution to your problem. You have to get rid of all the characters in your video names that aren't letters or numbers. you say your video's name is

    Mark & Jessy's Wedding.mpg

when it should be Mark and Jessy's Wedding. no ampersands. if that doesn't work, try taking off the apostrophe.

Please report back if this worked. Thankyou,

    Harry
