#92 Disc eject crash and copy problems with 2.4.1u

With OS 10.6.3 and using Burn 2.4.1u

Burn crashes immediately after ejecting CD-R's that had just been copied.

Also, when copying an audio CD an error message says that the blank CD-R doesn't have enough space, even if it really does. For example, I tried copying a 300MB audio CD onto a 700MB blank CD-R, and the error message said the blank CD-R wasn't big enough. Ignoring this message doesn't work: the disc is not written.
