The problem I am experiencing is when trying to burn a custom menu for a DVD-movie CD with MPEG2s in a wide format, it does not end up burning the them. Its like the entire screen is pitch black, and while I can run my cursor over parts of the screen on my computer and the cursor can still tell that something is supposed to be there, it doesn't actually show up as anything: just a black screen. This is for all of the screens, too: Menu, Title selection, Chapter selection. The videos can still be accessed through mac's DVD Player's "title selection" menu, but thats the only way you'd ever know there was something on the disc. These are the settings that are being used for the custom theme menu in Burn's genneral prefs pane:
Video Pane:
++General: NSTC
++DVD: MPS codec, Use DVD Theme (checked, using custom theme), Format (normal)
General Pane:
++Verify burned data (checked)
++Eject disc when done(checked)
The problem with Apple DVD Player seemed to be a bug in the framework it uses. See this post:

The second problem sounds like NTSC / PAL problem.
