#206 Crash when burning a VCD

When trying to burn a movie in the old VCD format, the program crashes during the burning attempt.

I have previously converted the video file into a VCD-compliant MPEG1 file using ffworks 4.0. This is also correctly recognized as such by Burn, i.e. it does not have to be re-encoded first.

Attached is the resulting error report, which I have already sent to Apple.

I am using an iMac M3 with macos 14.3 Sonoma, the Burn version is 3.1.7 (67).
