#5 Incorrect error reporting of permissions error

If permission is denied to /dev/sr0 or whatever your drive happens to be, burn-cd fails with "not blank" rather than "permission denied". The real problem does show up in verbose mode, but it would be helpful if it reported this error correctly in normal mode.
