the version 1.6 will fix the bug (should be available on monday). If you used previous version, you may want to redo your analyses, the multiple file upload is mixing groups and data in some cases.

groups mixing bug was fixed
the general,activity and occupancy codes were merged into a single one in "mta_all.rgg".
different messages were added to facilitate debugging.
the previous trajectories code was changed to lead to one output file for each fly and was renamed "individual_fly_viewer.rgg"
