For HTML-ish pages (HTML, XHTML etc) the Live Browser
adds a base tag to ensure all form submits and links
clicked go to the top of the browser, i.e. not inside
the frames. This inserted HTML isn't catered for with
the content-length header (if there is one) and the
resulting HTML may be cut off prematurely by the browser.
