#21 Mass setting permissions

Provide a way to set all equipment permissions such
that all users will have their permissions set to view
all equipment without filling out the form for each
user manually.

Can this be done for:

• all users

• all users in a group

• all users in a project

• a list of selected users

for

• a group of instruments

• a list of selected instrument
