#2 Need help!

Hi Greg. I just downloaded your file and opened my vCard to convert my contacts...I have about 2500 contacts so I am assuming this will take a little longer than most but I see you can convert up to 20,000 contacts. In the description, you said this may take 2-5 minutes so be patient...Im going on 15-20 minutes and the Excel program is frozen...I opened activity monitor and it doesnt show that the program is unresponsive so I think its working still but not sure If I am doing this correctly or if I need to restart the process? Can you please advise me what I should do? Thanks in advance for your help!
