That folder contains System Restore Point and indexing information. Third Party Programs and/or users shouldn't mess around in it either way.

Exact error: "An error has occurred: Access to the path 'D:\System Volume Information' is denied." I've taken steps recommended on microsoft.com including giving logged in user superuser status & access.
