#1 Add support for stereo files

It should be possible to send stereo files one of 3 ways
(currently stereo samples are not supported at all):

1. Send both the left and right channels as two separate
files.
2. Send a mixed mono sample (possibly normalized).
3. Send the left channel (or the right channel) only.
