Added Files:

Log Message:
Add two new checks:
- pkgflags verifies that the bt_pkgflags module works properly by searching
  for an unexistent module and by checking different versions of a known one.
- check_pkgflags verifies that the bt_check_pkgflags function from the
  bt_config module works.
