#3 Unsuccessful check-in with unsaved projects
When a project that is in Source Control is changed and
the user tries to check-in using the menu command
before saving, should be presented a dialog to ask for
saving the project.
If the user closes the project, all the right actions are
taken: Save and then Check-in.
