#36 Env. sidebar have no scrollbars

It's the "Not Everyone is supposed to have a 1600x1200 screen resolution!" bug :p

1- Create a *lot* of environments groups to fulfil the height of the sidebar.

Current result:

You will not be able to select an environment in an environment group

Expected result:

A scrollbar should appear to let the sidebar have enough space to show the environments of the currently selected environment group.

Current workaround:

Increase your browser screen larger than your screen viewport... Not very usable tough... :p

I will correct this bug on the 0.5 branch.

The 0.6 branch now uses GWT/Ext as web framework.

In fact, this bug is due to a bug and limitation in the Echo2 framework. The Echo team works on it :

For now, there is no workaround to avoid the current behavior.
I need to totally change the environment panel (replace accordion panel by another way to display groups/environments).

I have included the new Echo2 and EchoPointNG release. EchoPointNG provides new component (like tree, scrollable panel, etc).
I will refactor the groups/environments presentation using a tree.
