#13 Add sliders to Tokamak.

Add sliders to allow fine-tuning of Tokamak in/output.

Also, rejig the Tokamak so that water usage depends on temperature and when output is not set to full, the Tokamak will not heat up past that point. This will allow for Tokamaks to be better fine-tuned and more flexible.
