#34 [L.6] pipes upgrades

Offer some advanced upgrades for pipes (to be split into several tickets during implementation)

wooden pipes - ability to filter extracted objects
wooden pipes - ability to extract a whole slot instead of one item
stone pipes - ability to bounce back if the target happens to be full after selection
stone pipes - ability to carry power
iron pipes - ability to be selected only if there's no other direction (e.g. all chests around are full and no other pipe is available)
iron pipes - ability to generate power when there are object passing through (aka detection pipes)
gold pipes - ability to concentrate objects - blocks them until the initial quantity has been doubled
diamond pipes - ability to name diamond pipes and direct objects to an other name diamond pipe in the network (like in a rooter)
