#257 wrench for dismounting

Cadde just came up with the idea that wrenches could be used to dismount machinery, a bit like in IC but more like a sped up pickaxe instead of instant on right-click since that's already used.
So you hold left click and it removes a machine or etc in maybe half a second or so.
