[Bugzproxy-general] Bugzproxy migrating to SVN - upcoming API breakage

Hi all

This is a just a short message to let you know that Bugzproxy has been 
migrated to SVN from CVS.

Also, Tashi Asher is preparing a number of patches that will clean up the API 
somewhat, and add support for an approved version of the AppendComment in 
Bugzilla.

The patches from Tashi Asher will break the API. Mostly because the namespace 
will be changed from Bugzilla to Bugzproxy. Some other minor stuff will break 
too, but all in all, the changes should be an improvement to Bugzproxy.
