[Bugzproxy-general] Configuring Bugzproxy with Bugzilla

Hi Team - I have installed Bugzilla in my machine and want to move all the bugs in the excel sheet to Bugzilla.I got some info that using Bugzproxy we can do bulk upload of defects into Bugzilla from an excel file.
 
Hence I have downloaded Bugzproxy and xml-rpc.net.2.1.0 but I am not aware how to install these two to work with Bugzilla.Need your help here.Please let me know how to install Bugxproxy and xml-rpc.net.2.1.0 and connect with Bugzilla which will help me to complete the installation and upload all the defects in the excel file to Bugzilla.
