Sort of. At this stage, most developments on bugzproxy depends on changes in 
bugzilla. AFAIK, we expose all the functionality, that Bugzilla exposes in 
its WS API, which is quite clearly not enough to be truly useful.

Some of the contributors to bugzproxy, has created patches to Bugzilla, and 
when they were finally accepted, has implemented support for the new 
functionality in bugzproxy. This takes some time.

An approach ortogonal to that, would be to do screen-scraping or similar in 
bugzproxy, on the stuff that is not exposed by the Bugzilla WS API. For now, 
this road has not been taken.

And, again, sorry for the long answer, I am currently on leave, will be back 
primo september.
