Any library that wants to be used, should be in nuget.org. We should package Bugsproxy as a nuget package, and upload to nuget.org.

We have a dependency on CookComputing.XmlRpc, which in itself is on nuget.org: https://www.nuget.org/packages/xmlrpcnet/
