#8 [patch] update templates for latest bugzilla 4.0.11/4.2.9/4.4.4 releases

Hi bugzilla-de team,

I shaped some patches against latest bugzilla-de and current bugzilla releases.

In the 4.4.4 patch there is still one part to translate, the 4.0 and 4.2 patch fixes only the latest security updates.

Since it is easier for me to maintain such patches in my ~/ I hope it is OK for you that I provide only a link to the patches.
