How to configure your browser to use a specific language code

Firefox (version 24)

1. Open the Edit menu and select Preferences
2. Select the Content tab
3. Locate the Languages label and click on the Choose button next to it
4. Select a language from the combo and click on the Add button to add it to the list
5. Use the Move Up button to move the new language to the top of the list of Languages in order of preference

Chrome (version 31)

1. Open Chrome settings page
2. If visible, click on the Show advanced settings... link at the bottom of the settings page
3. Locate the Langueages section and click on the Language and input settings... buttton
4. Click on the Add button to add a new language to the list
5. Drag and drop the new language to move to the top of the list
6. Click on the Done button
