#4 Bugtracker offline / Delete bug lines

The bugtracker about your project
(http://bugs.javafreedom.espadanet.com/) seems to be
offline thats why I post it here.

People who ain't assigned to a project are able to delete
and create bugs. I suppose they should be able to do
this?
