[thebuggenie-development] [v3] Module structure cleanup

These days, a lot of documentation on how to develop for thebuggenie is being added to the wiki fixtures, and as we compose this documentation, remaining cleanup-tasks become more apparent.

One of these tasks were to clean up and finalize the way modules are structured, and this has now been done. All existing core modules have been refactored to comply with the updated internals, so if you have any modules developed in-house, read through the v3 modules development documentation in the wiki.
