If the TestStateService can't find the StateComparator.
He will print out the StackTrace() and after that he
adds the null object to a HashMap.
If the StateComparator will be ask again, the null -
object will be returned and rego the fails with:
com.meterware.httpunit.HttpInternalErrorException:
Error on HTTP request: 500 Internal Error
