Release candidate 3 with two major bug fixes:
- Struts Actions are made thread and session safe.
- Transaction handling for database access corrected.

After more than one year of inactivity, Bug Base has been
updated to the latest version of Cactus, Hypersonic SQL,
JUnit and Log4J

The first production quality release candidate is published.

The handling of user administration is straightened and several bugs are fixed. The first production release will be published soon.

All JSP pages contain an error page. Together whith a diagnosis page, configuration errors should be detected easily.

Version 0.9.6 released containing several bug fixes and a restructured documentation.
