#1 False positives for conflict with new subscription

Add a new subscription, choose a service with no
username (LIST or WRLS), then choose a service
with a username, like ALIAS (it doesn't seem to
be a problem if you choose DIAL). It won't
complain about the lack of a username (since
the username field did not show up on the
previous page, the logic says not to do any error
checking on it), but the conflicting subscription
logic still runs, and usually finds lots of things.

Resubmitting the form clears the errors, but it's
still confusing.
